Here’s my unfiltered experience

The stay was surprisingly pleasant! Had a spacious room with a comfortable bed and hot water. Parking was easy, and the adjacent restaurant provided a tasty breakfast with a discount. Perfect for a brief stopover, though not without minor quirks like occasional noise and an old-school décor. Would stay again in a pinch!

The evening atmosphere was quite relaxing, and the mini fridge in the room kept our drinks cold during our stay.

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

Rooms were big and very clean with accommodating staff who resolved mattress firmness issues promptly.

Breakfast options lacked variety, and there were minor cleanliness inconsistencies in other areas.

The pool was a relaxing bonus and the hot water in the clean bathroom was much appreciated after a long drive. Just be mindful that the fridge was a bit noisy but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊

Also, some of the furniture felt dated, which might not be to everyone's taste, and there were a few minor maintenance issues, like a lamp that didn’t work properly. The heating took a while to kick in, making the start of the night a bit chilly.

This stay was definitely better than my last visit in clearfield. The room was cozy and had a nice atmosphere for our romantic getaway. I appreciated the clean bathroom and comfortable bed, which made our night more enjoyable.
